2015 Exceptional Event Demonstration for PM10 Exceedance at Kennewick

Ecology prepared an Exceptional Event Demonstration report to request that the Environmental Protection Agency excludes monitoring data directly related to the dust storm that occurred on August 14, 2015. The high wind event caused an exceedance of the federal standard for coarse particle pollution in Kennewick.

You may review and comment on this report through October 25.
